The premises information published on this site is drawn from public records. Principally that is the 2026 rating list maintained by the Valuation Office, together with data published by London councils. Where we say a premises may qualify for a relief, or that a valuation sits above others on the same street, that is an initial view formed from public data. It is not a finding, an audit, or a statement that your bill is wrong.
Public records go out of date, contain errors, and cannot show what you are actually being charged. Confirming anything requires your rates bill. Please do not stop paying a bill, submit a claim, or make any other decision on the strength of a page on this site alone.
Every figure on this site carries the source it came from. We do not promise that the site is free of errors, that it is complete, or that it is current when you read it. Estimated figures are estimates, and ranges are given as ranges because a single number would be false precision.
Nothing on this site is legal, accounting, or tax advice, and reading it does not make you our client.
One flat fee: 10% of the savings we secure, confirmed in writing by the council. Nothing saved, nothing to pay.
Any work we do for you is governed by a separate letter of engagement. It sets out what we are taking on, what counts as a saving, the period the fee applies to, and how either of us can bring it to an end. Those terms are agreed before any work starts. Where they differ from anything on this site, the letter of engagement governs.
We are rates and reliefs specialists. We are not solicitors or accountants, and we do not hold ourselves out as regulated to give legal or financial advice. Where a matter needs a regulated professional, we say so and refer it rather than take it on.
You are welcome to look up your own premises, your street, and anything else published here, and to quote or link to it. You may not systematically copy, scrape or reproduce the site or its underlying data to build a competing service. We apply rate limits to automated traffic accordingly. Search engines and AI assistants are welcome, and our robots file says so explicitly.
The layout, text, and the assessments and comparisons we generate belong to AIDO MIND Limited. The underlying public records belong to the bodies that publish them, and we link to those sources throughout.
We link to GOV.UK and to council pages so you can check the rules for yourself. We are not responsible for what those sites say or do.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the free information published on this site, or for indirect or consequential loss. Liability in respect of work we are engaged to carry out is dealt with in the letter of engagement for that work.
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
